Peculiar small variations of the total component of
cosmic rays have been observed during atmospheric cold front perturbations.
These variations have an amplitude of the order of 1% and a dur
a t i o n of a few quarters of an hour. The possible causes are discussed
and it is concluded on t h e possibility of an effect of t e m p e r a t u r e or of atmospheric electricity
