Burkitt's lymphoma accounts for about 40% of childhood non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Usually the originate from extranodal regions. Involvement of central nervous system reveals itself with invasion into meninges, cranial nerves, spinal cord and dura. Aspergillus may cause serious infections because of immune compromisation due to primary disease, chemotherapy, malnutrition and other diseases.
