Subtalar joint dislocations are among the hardest injuries as they need through treatment management. It is crucial to make neurovasculary examination before and after joint reduction. Phsical examination and x rays are enough for diagnosis. These injuries are rather rare injuries and any misdiagnosis or any failure in treatment can result in permanent disability. A forty three year old man presented emergency room with right ankle pain and limited joint motion which occured after a high ground fall. His ankle was deformated and swollen. After patient diagnosed with isolated medial subtalar dislocation, his ankle was closely reducted and protected in a cast. He was treated conservatively without any complications
