Prevalence of tuberculosis in vulnerable groups such as prisoners is usually high, and the problem is worsened by poor treatment outcomes. In spite of this, there is limited information regarding tuberculosis in prisons of Ethiopia. Hence, this study was aimed to assess the prevalence of tuberculosis and treatment outcomes of patients with tuberculosis among inmates of Debrebirhan prison in North Shoa, Ethiopia.
