Pomen dejavnega in odgovornega državljana za razvoj politike

A misunderstanding of politics, political alienation, and apathy of citizens – these are the most common patterns that can be detected when focusing research on  an extensive area of politics. In first part of the article,  different comprehensions and interpretations of politics that may be able to change certain common patterns previously mentioned are at the fore. Consequently, concepts of some major theorists in political science are presented – Aristotle, Jean Jacques Rousseau, and Hannah Arendt – topics from those who see politics as the center of life for all members of a society. In the second section,  the importance of education in educated citizens is considered. In the final section, there are some proposals for potential changes
