Programi e-izobraževanja – izkušnje z izvajanjem in načrti

The article reports on the experience gained through the implementation of e-learning programmes, of which the design, updating and adaptation for e-learning purposes were financially supported by the European Social Fund (ESF). The programmes were carried out in the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 by the Slovenian Institute for Adult Education (SIAE) within the ESF project Education and Training of Adult Educators, 2009-2011, subproject Training for Adult Education Work. The e-learning programmes are presented with regard to their didactical e-learning conception, technological and teaching support provided, the implementation characteristics and the characteristics of the participants. Further on, the article presents the plans the Slovenian Institute for Adult Education (SIAE) has in the area of e-learning which are to be implemented within the ESF project Education and Training of Adult Educators, 2011–2014
