Gemini surfactant nanocurcumin (Gemini-Cur) is a novel formulation of Curcumin (Cur) with dramatic suppressive effects on cancer cells. Here, we investigated the cancer effects of Gemini-Cur in a human gastric adenocarcinoma cell-line (AGS) through the evaluation of the expression of long non-coding RNAs colon cancer-associated transcript-2 ( CCAT2 ) and its downstream c-Myc as known oncogenic modulators of tumorigenesis.
