Recently, pepper spray has been used by both civilians, as a non-lethal personal defense spray, and law enforcement agencies in population\udmovements. People exposed to pepper spray experience panic and disorientation due to acute severe pain, blepharospasm, tearing and\udsometimes blurred vision and even temporary blindness.
