Prostate cancer is the most common malignancy and the second leading\udcause of cancer death in men. Complete surgical removal of the prostate\udis the most commonly used treatment option for patients with localized\udprostate cancer. Surgical treatment of localized prostate cancer includes\udradical retropubic prostatectomy, radical perineal prostatectomy and robotic/\udlaparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Since lympadenectomy from the same\udincision is not possible in radical retropubic prostatectomy, this approach\udis less preferable. On the other hand, when radical perineal prostatectomy\udin well selected cases is compared with radical retropubic prostatectomy\udin terms of many operational or functional criteria, similar results were\udobtained. In this paper, we aimed to report our experiences with this\uduncommon surgical approach
