this Research (Verse of Witchcraft from Surat Al-Baqara and its Moral and Judicial Implications for the Salaf - Analytical Study) aims to discuss verse 102 from Surat Al-Baqara, And clarify its moral and constructive significance and partial problematic points in some of its words, meanings, and causes, and scholars' sayings about the reality of Witchcraft, its images and types, and the approaches of the interpreters of the predecessors and the Salaf in explaining that and its detail, and their basis and sources in that.The researcher reached to explain the scientific value of the Salaf scholars and their approaches in dealing with the problem of the verses, and their focus on the texts and their moral and assignment implications, and their reluctance to the problem from what is not in the text, and that the research indicates the integration of the meanings of the verse of Witchcraft from Surat Al-Baqarah, and its compatibility with the previous verses, as well as the diversity of the circumstances of revelation " Asb?b al-nuz?l " and its effect on expanding the indications and provisions of texts, and clarifying the problem of the syntax of the verse and its implications, as well as mentioning some Subtleties and guidance derived from the verse.
