People ability varies mentally and psychologically. Consequently, it is islamically unfair to penalize them equally in the case of committing criminal offenses. The aim of the current study is to clarify the judgment of psychiatric patients in the case of committing criminal offenses such as those cause death or harm a part of the body and whether these criminal offenses are committed on themselves or on other people.
