Surgery is the primary treatment option for squamous cell carcinomas of the nasal cavity (NCSCC). Nodal involvement is rare at the time of initial diagnosis, and the role of diagnostic neck dissection as well as potential adjuvant irradiation of the neck remains controversial. The objective of this study was to assess the oncologic outcomes of patients with NCSCC with special emphasis on cervical lymph node treatment and recurrence.
