The crooked nose represents a challenge for rhinoplasty surgeons, and many methods have been proposed for management; however, there is no ideal method for treatment. Accordingly, the 45° cutting septoplasty technique, which involves a 45° cut at the junction of the L-shaped strut and repositioning it to achieve a straight septum is proposed.
