Kisspeptin is a reproductive peptide hormone that has anti-metastatic roles in several cancer types including colon, lung, and brain cancer. However, in breast cancer, increasing of kisspeptin expression induces aggressiveness of tumors, which in turn exacerbates breast cancer prognosis.
