Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal neoplasm of the gastrointestinal tract. The most common site is stomach, followed by small intestine, colon, and esophagus. However, GIST from the anal canal is an extremely rare tumor. Here, we report an extremely rare case of GIST of the anal canal in a 40-year-old female with a history of irregular bowel habits mixed with blood and constipation for 4 months.
