Robotic-assisted total mesorectal excision (TME) with pelvic intraoperative neuromapping was recently accomplished. However, neuromapping is conventionally conducted by a hand-guided laparoscopic probe. We introduce a prototype microfork probe to make robotic-guided neuromapping feasible.
