Complete pulpectomy and elimination of wide range of microorganisms from infected primary root canals is not possible through conventional endodontic procedures. Thus, lesion sterilization and tissue repair (LSTR) therapy employing 3Mix tri-antibiotic paste have been used as an alternative endodontic modality for infected primary teeth.
