Hyperfibrinolysis is a common complication of hemorrhagic shock. Our aim was to examine the effect of small-volume 7.5% NaCl adenosine, lidocaine, and Mg 2+ (ALM) on fibrinolysis in the rat model of hemorrhagic shock.
