Various pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies have been employed to minimise hypotension during obstetric spinal anaesthesia. We compared a prophylactic combination of glycopyrrolate, ondansetron, and ephedrine in terms of total vasopressor consumption, with standard treatment in this randomised controlled trial.
