The aim of this study is to define the role and effectiveness for an endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV) in patients with seconder normal pressure hydrocephalus(SNPH), idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (INPH) and symptomatic longstanding overt ventriculomegaly (SLOVA).
