Craniosynostosis compromises the cranial vault volume, severely impede growth, and may lead to increased intracranial pressure (ICP). Posterior cranial vault (PCV) distraction osteogenesis (DO) offers an excellent treatment opportunity for this condition. This article intends to describe the outcomes of PCV DO.
