The aim of this study was to use Eudragit(®) RL 100 (pH-independent polymer) and magnesium stearate (a hydrophobic droplet stabilizer) in combination to improve the controlled release effect of insulin-loaded Eudragit(®) entrapped microspheres prepared by the emulsification-coacervation technique.
