Stevens–Johnson syndrome (SJS) is an acute reaction to medications. It is a severe form of erythema multiforme. It is characterized with vesiculobullous eroded lesions of the skin and mucous membrane. Anesthetic management pertains to the drugs that can be used for anesthesia and preventing injury of oropharynx and larynx due to lesions.
