Oncogenous osteomalacia is a rare paraneoplastic renal phosphaturic condition, often associated with highly vascular benign mesenchymal tumors. Two years later, sinonasal hemangiopericytoma was diagnosed; the patient underwent complete surgical excision with rapid symptomatic improvement.
