The optimal treatment for patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) remains controversial. The purpose of this meta-analysis was to systematically evaluate radiotherapy/temozolomide (TMZ) versus radiotherapy for treating newly diagnosed GBM.
