Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) is a common for managing renal calculi. Pain in the initial post operatie period is relieved by infiltration of local anaesthetic around the nephrostomy tract. We aimed to compare the analgesic efficacy of bupivacaine and ropivacaine.
