In this article different perspectives are given on the issue that a Christian minister can be - and should be - involved in politics. Pietism and quietism are foreign to a Reformational approach, although politicism as mooted by the Theology of Revolution is also unacceptable. The question is not whether a minister should engage in politics but how. In this connection the author attempts to provide a few guidelines for a politics of the kingdom of God
