In recent years, the treatment of metastatic cancer, either at diagnosis or relapsed after primary therapy, may be based not only on androgenic deprivation but other options should be considered as well. This is particularly relevant in the case known as “oligometastatic” that can be treated with curative intent. In such case Radiotherapy plays a paramount role for primary cancer control and the cure of the oligometastases.
