Professor Martini and I shared an interest in the history of the twentieth century, with particular attention to the birth and development of fascist and nazi regimes. We soon adopted the use to exchange books on this issue; whenever possible we adopted the use to accompany the attendance to congresses to visits to sites that could help us to improve our knowledge of historical events.
