The contribution of the Institutional Program of Scholarship in Teaching Initiation (PIBID) in the training of undergraduates of the Biology course is undertaken from the point of view of inclusive education. Based on the studýs qualitative presuppositions, data were provided by the achievements of focal groups directed by half-structured interviews. After the literal transcription of the discourses, data were analyzed through the categorization of three axes. Current analysis registers that PIBID favors the professionalization of teaching committed to educational practices and challenges. However, activities and strategies for an inclusive approach are still demanded
