Um estudo crítico sobre o significado das vinhetas da Rede Globo

Este estudo analisa os aspectos comunicativos contidos em vinhetas da Rede Globo de televisão. As vinhetas são linguagens que operam por meio de imagem e de som, utilizando elementos pertencentes ao imaginário cultural coletivo, com função persuasiva. Enquanto forma de expressão, as vinhetas são produtos de uma sociedade de consumo equipada científica e tecnologicamente para obter resultados materiais. Pela natureza cultural e pelo poder de manipulação do inconsciente, resultam em sentido simbólico e ideológico. O objetivo é buscar identificar os sinais de comunicação e os efeitos que as vinhetas podem transmitir ao telespectador, a fim de melhor compreender quais idéias estão contidas ou associadas a esse complexo imagético e sonoro amplamente empregado pelos atuais meios de comunicação de massa e utilizado excessivamente pela Rede Globo.This study aims at analyzing the communicative aspects inserted in the vignettes of Globo TV Network. The vignettes are persuasive languages that work through image and sound, utilizing elements from the collective cultural imaginary. As a mode of expression, the vignettes are products of a consuming society equipped, scientifically and technologically to obtain material results. By these persuasive procedures, the vignettes influence society unconsciously through the cultural nature. This influence results in a symbolic and ideological sense. The purpose of this work is to identify the communication signs and the effects that the vignettes can broadcast to the TV watcher. By doing that, the study proposes an understanding about the ideas associated with that imagery and sound complex, which is largely articulated by the media, mainly by Globo Network
