The author presents and analyzes the edition of the unpublished texts of Vetus Latina (1 Re. 22) within the Spanish manuscripts. They are the most important preserved evidences to reconstruct this chapter, because the Palimpsestus Vindobonensis and the Fragmenta Quedlinburgensia have not them. Its most prominent feature is that this Latin version offers many variants comparing it with its Greek source
