Podlaga za raziskavo stanja nepremične kulturne dediščine na območju Triglavskega narodnega parka so bili javno dostopni seznami zbirnega registra kulturne dediščine v Republiki Sloveniji in avtorjevo večletno terensko delo. Območje vsebuje več za prepoznavnost parka pomembnih enot dediščine, kot so naprimer značilne zasnove domačij, stavbarstvo pašnih planin, dvojni kozolci v Bohinju in druge starejše pojavne oblike, ki dokazujejo človekovo tesno povezanost z naravnim okoljem. This study of the state of immovable cultural heritage in Triglav National Park is based on publically available official lists from the Slovenian cultural heritage registry and years of fieldwork by the author. The area contains many important cultural heritage units that have contributed to the prominence of the park, including farm layouts, mountain pasture architecture, double hayracks in Bohinj, and other older structures that testify to peopleʼs close connection with the natural environment
