This paper discusses the use of hovercraft as tenders for Explorer Yachts to offer owners a unique vehicle with which to access locations from the sea inaccessible to conventional marine tenders. Further it considered the design considerations required in the mother vessel when a hovercraft is going to be specified as a tender.
