Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) isolated from goat milk have been known to have various medicinal properties, therefore they are considered as a source of potential probiotics. This research was aimed at evaluating and identifying the LAB isolated from spontaneously fermented goat milk as potential probiotics.
