This article analyzes what determines the decrease in the value of real estate, physical and moral depreciation. These studies explain how environmental conditions affect buildings from the outside. The consequences of the primary change are identified and predicted. Aggressive soil causes are clarified and the expression of soil strength properties are presented. The study also specifies the procedure and administration for monitoring building defects.
