2D and 3D type inertial sensors have been proposed, working examples have been developed and tested in the laboratory and real conditions. 2D inertial sensor manufacturing technology for mass production is proposed. Experimental tests of contacts strength of 3D inertial sensors of various thicknesses were performed. The critical drop heights of the 3D inertial sensors were determined using a designed free fall stand. The results of experimental and computational stresses were compared.
