The paper deals with the interface of human resources andthe value of human capital under the aspect of the educationinstitutions. Nowadays, economic development is increasinglydependent on investment in human capital and preservation ofintellectual potential. However, there is a clear trend that humanpotential is not ranked enough and it is still under investment.Whereas the value created by human capital is treated as an investmentin human resources, this paper analizes the key aspectsof the human resources in education institutions
