The article examines various types of car maneuvers, their usage possibility under miscellaneous situations. During critical situation car maneuvering is compared with braking in term of avoiding car accident. It is also used to avoid suddenly one the road appeared movable or non-movable obstacle. Schemes explain each segment during maneuvering process and shows driver action during it. Article also proposes formulas of calculating various car movement parameters during this process. Each of maneuver type is evaluated. In the end of article, reader can see conclusion made from the article, which type of maneuver is suitable for particular situation.
