The article focuses on the reconstruction of complex multistorey apartment buildings. The meanings of the main concepts such as renovation, reconstruction and general repair are analyzed. The primary stages of the evaluation and execution of complex reconstruction are pointed up. The paper also discusses the types and forms of building construction required to actualize the execution of reconstruction.
