The article is meant to analyze the impact of restructuring on the increase of agricultural competitiveness. The ongoing environmental changes stipulate that for establishing competitive agriculture it is necessary not only to evaluate the condition and possible changes of sector under consideration. It is essential to ground the utility of processes planned and means used for agricultural restructuring according to the particularity of agricultural activity. The research aim is to determine if the restructuring of the members working in this sector is conditioning the agricultural competitiveness
