In the modern world, one of the most important spheres of economy is the development of the organic market. The development of the organic market is a necessary element for preserving and improving the health conditions of Russian citizens. The development of the organic market positive impacts food security for country. In this article, the author examines the situation of the organic market and activities that are aimed at the sustainable formation of this sector of economy.
