The modern world is facing an unprecedented crisis, triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been building up over recent decades. And at the epicenter of this crisis was Russia, for which the last 30 years have become a period of the formation of a new statehood and radial experiments in social and economic fields. As a result, today we have a load of problems that require immediate solutions. And it is proposed to look for this solution on the basis of consolidating the efforts of science, the political elite, business and society, through the implementation of new socially oriented models of economic development, aimed primarily at “human saving”
