Russia was in stagnation for seven years, when the current crisis had originated. Amongthenegativeresultsofstagnationandcrisisistheunderminingofthemaindriversof socio-economicgrowthand,firstofall,grossfixedcapitalformationandthe“knowledgeeconomy”.Theauthordescribesmajormeasurestorestorethelevelofincomesof thepopulationandconsumerdemand,andalsolists thenecessaryconditionsandstructuralreformsthatwillmakeitpossibleto“jumpover”stagnationandmovetosustainablesocio-economicgrowth.Theauthorisconvincedthatnewhousing, the development of foreign trade and the formation ofa new transport and logistics infrastructure become additional drivers of socio-economic growth, substantiatestheneedtorevivethenationaleconomicplanning.
