DIAGNOSTICS OF FINANCIAL RELATIONS AS AN EVOLUTIONARY STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT

The article is devoted to the study of changes in management that lead to the transformation of enterprise management and the emergence of new approaches. The main components, on the basis of which management changes occur, are identified, and changes in the development of financial management caused by the emerging new management approaches are considered. It has been proved that the development of effective financial relations in an organization is the basis for building a new evolutionary stage of management of an organization, industry or state.
