The article describes the actual work on the development of the “Strategy for the Development of the Arctic — 2035”, consisting of 2 parts: 1) discussion platforms; 2) digital platform. A forecast was made for the development of Russia’s Energy Strategy 2035. It was proposed to organize a Venture Fund to support environmental and social projects in the Russian Arctic.
