The article analyzes the requirements for strategic documents of a doctrinal nature that determine the main directions of the socio-economic development of Russia. The practicability of including an additional section in the macro-level doctrinal documents by analogy with the principles of forming socio-economic systems strategy at the micro-level is shown. Such a section in a concise form should reflect the planned system’s general vision, including its history, status, and conception of the future. The expediency of expanding the composition of national projects with the projects “Management” and “Enterprise” is justified. The first is intended to bring the system of regulation of the Russian economy in line with the imperatives of the domestic and world economy’s current state. The second is to determine government support’s key directions for developing an enterprise as the primary form of economic entities’ life activity.
