This research is motivated by the importance of ensuring the safety and health of employees of palm oil companies in an effort to comply with Government Regulations and to meet the principles and criteria of ISPO and RSPO. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work culture, work environment and work discipline on work safety, and culture, environment and work discipline together affect work safety. This research was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study uses primary data obtained from employee respondents' answers. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between work culture, work environment and work discipline on the health and safety of employees at the palm oil plantation company PT. XYZ in East Kalimantan.
