This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, tariffs, facilities, promotion, and behavior towards civil intention in choosing Transjakarta as daily transportation. This research uses quantitative methods, and a sample of 161 respondents who are usual passengers of Transjakarta thirteenth route Ciledug - M. Block By using convenience method and The data obtained were analyzed by SEM-LISREL application. The results of this study show there is an effect between service quality towards behavior, tariff towards behavior, facility towards behavior, promotion towards behavior, behavior towards intention, service quality towards intention, tariff towards intention, facility towards intention, and promotion towards intention.
