The present review is based mainly on papers published between 2000 and 2020 and gives information about the properties of the Chondroitin sulphate, Collagen and rosehip Extract in chemical and biological systems and its possible role in preventing Musculoskeletal system diseases. The main aim of this report is to highlight their role and therapeutic applications in the Musculoskeletal system, also reported are their bioactive properties which may influence the development of treatments and protection against Musculoskeletal system cell damage.
